The ESIM Network Ambassadors Program is an institutional initiative of the European Society for Integrative Medicine.

ESIM Ambassadors act in a voluntary and honorary capacity.

The Ambassador role does not constitute employment, consultancy, agency, or legal representation of ESIM

Ambassadors may not:

Enter into contracts on behalf of ESIM

Make financial or legal commitments for ESIM

Issue binding statements, policies, or positions on behalf of ESIM

Any views or statements expressed by Ambassadors must be clearly identified as non-binding and representative only, unless explicitly authorised by the ESIM Board.

Participation in the Ambassador Program does not create any entitlement to remuneration, compensation, or benefits. Any support provided by ESIM (e.g. communication materials, reduced congress fees, or recognition) is offered solely as institutional recognition.

ESIM assumes no liability for actions, statements, or commitments made by Ambassadors outside the scope defined by ESIM governance documents, including the Ambassador Charter and Code of Conduct.

All activities carried out under the Ambassador Program are subject to German law and, where applicable, EU data protection regulations GDPR.
The place of jurisdiction is the registered seat of ESIM in Germany.

Contribution of brief annual activity updates

Clear distinction between ambassadorial representation and ESIM governance

Ambassadors do not hold decision-making or policy-making authority on behalf of ESIM
